Rivet Rear Seat Pans, Complete Tunnel Covers
1342 - 1454 1624 - 1742
Rivet center and outside edges of rear seat pans using p-rivet puller and hand puller.
Rivet inside edges of seat pans using p-squeezer.
Install nut plates, as specified, using p-squeezer.
Final drill all applicable holes in tunnel covers using #19 drill.
Debur all holes and dimple as specified for #8 screw.
Cleco tunnel cover splice plate to tunnel cover.
Match drill holes using #40 drill.
Remove clecos.
Debur holes.
Dimple holes for flush rivets using DRDT-2.
Rivet specified nut plates to tunnel splice plate.
Rivet splice plate to tunnel cover using p-squeezer.
Inspect all sub-sections pertaining to QB/Standard kit to verify completion.
