Brief Description: Tighten all Fuel and Brake Fittings, Fabricate Pre

Lightly lube AN fitting threads with fuel lube, tighten every brake line connection. Tighten every fuel line connection.
Temporarily install tunnel to gear mount brake line.
Fabricate tunnel to pre filter line.
Temporarily install control yoke.
Install line and pre filter, check for interference.
Pre filter will clear all controls with no problem.
Determine fuel line clamp locations, as the through stiffener method that Van's specifies will not work with the pre filter. Clamp mounts will be fabricated from 063 x 1 x 1 angle. These mounts will be riveted to the floor skin stiffeners, and will provide a surface to mount the Adel clamps to. The pre filter will then be secured using an Adel clamp on each side of the filter.
