Install bulkhead fittings in tri gear mount. Used Fuel Lube on threads as an anti sieze.
Torqued fitting to 60 in/lb.
Installed brake lines in tunnel.
Attached flare nuts to aft bulkhead fittings, torqued to 60 in/lb.
Clamped lines as specified, using cushioned clamps. Use of a phillips bit in a 1/4" socket and ratchet with extension was required to avoid stripping screw heads on clamps.
Verified lines clear all rivet shop heads in tunnel.
Dimpled tunnel sides at front heat duct for CS4-4 rivets.
Re-install forward heat duct using CS4-4 rivets and p-puller.
