Brief Description:  Rivet Aft Floor Panels

1300 - 1430 1518 - 1724

In the QB kit, the floor panels were pre made and temporarily installed.

Removed aft floor panels.

Install 3/4" insulation.

Cleco floor panels in position, every other hole.

Match drill holes in forward spar bulkhead using #30 drill.

Debur holes.

Rivet panel to outboard footwell rib using 3x gun, 2x.

Rivet panel to inboard footwell rib using 3x gun, 2x.

Rivet panel to rear spar bulkhead using 3x gun.

Rivet panel to forward spar bulkhead using p-rivet puller.

Rivet panel to floor stiffeners using p-rivet puller.
