Brief Description:
Install Baggage Door
1518 - 1630
Cleco hinge frame to fuselage skin.
Final drill common holes using #40 drill.
Remove frame.
Debur holes.
Dimple frame and skin.
Cleco frame to skin.
Match drill common #30 holes in frame and structure.
Install and center door in opening.
Flush the door to the fuselage.
Using angle drill, match drill lowest hole in frame to hinge.
Match drill upper hole in hinge.
Remove door and frame.
Cleco hinge to frame.
Match drill all common holes using #40 drill.
Debur all holes.
Machine c-sink holes in hinge for flush rivets.
Rivet hinge to frame using p-squeezer.
Install assembly in fuselage. check door fit.
