Brief Description:  Install NACA Vents

Locate and match drill each SV-1 and SV-10 to fuselage skins using #40 drill. (4 x 10 times), cleco as drilled.

Remove clecos.

Debur holes.

Dimple holes in skins for flush rivets.

Machine c-sink SV-1 and SV-10 for flush rivets.

Smooth inside of SV-1 and SV-10 using 180 and 320 s/p, removing mold marks.

Scuff surface of SV-1 and SV-10, prep for primer.

Prime SV-1 and SV-10.

Paint outside of SV-10 to match interior.
