Brief Description: Tailcone Attachment

1530 - 1812 Cleco tailcone skins to mid fuselage skins. Cleco F-1006B bulkhed to aft tabs in baggage floor ribs. Final drill holes in tabs using #30 drill. Align longeron apex, top and bottom, clamp in position. Match drill aft longeron holes using #30 drill, final drill with #12 drill. Install bolts as holes are drilled. Fabricate two shims from 032 aluminum. Cleco forward top skin to structure. Match drill holes in top skin to longerons. Match drill holes in triangle portion of skin using #40 drill. Final drill holes in angled portion of triangle portion of skin. Final drill all common holes with F-1006 bulkhead using 340 drill. Match drill aft line of holes in bottom mid skin using #40 drill. Remove top skin. Machine c-sink holes in longeron skin and underlying skin for #40 dimples. Remove tailcone from mid fuselage.
