Brief Description:  Install Fuselage Steps

1300 - 1400

Clean both steps to bare metal. Wipe clean with acetone, inside and outside.

Prime both steps on the outside. Topcoat tube internal to fuselage.

Match drill holes in bottom skin and baggage floor to located step bolt. These holes will be plugged.

Install TCW Technology Step Bushings.

Install step into fuselage.

Insert AN3 bolt, washer and nyloc nut.

Torque bolts to 24.5 inlbs.

Repeat for opposite side.

Section 30 Complete.
