Brief Description: Design and Fabricate Baggage Floor Access Panel

Design baggage floor access panel. Many ideas were considered but the final design will be a 6 x 12 access panel located one rib bay to the side of the tunnel.
Doubler was fabricated and drilled for rivets using a #40 drill.
Marked and cut out the access panel opening in the baggage floor.
Debur and smooth all edges of doubler and acess panel using bech sander and s/b wheel.
