Using finished bushing, trace layout on other bushing blocks.
Rough cut using bandsaw.
Finish shape using bench sander.
Remove left over "hairs" by briefing passing the flame of a propane torch over the surfaces of the bushings. "Hairs" disappear instantly, surface of bushing not even warmed.
