Unfortunately, several of the nut plate that were installed with acrylic adhesive broke loose under the torque of installing the screw. These were removed and replaced with standard K-1000 nut plates.
Once the nut plates were fixed, all plugs were connected and all circuits tested and verified for proper operation.
Ops checks were satisfactory.
The panel was then installed in the console with SS Torx head scews and a nylon washer.
The overhead was then powered and all functions were once again verified.
