Match drill holes for rivets using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Mark Greenlee 60098 punch out on firewall.
Remove clecos.
Drill pilot hole for punch out.
Remove punch out using p-nibbler.
Smooth edges using dremel grinder until power post could pass thru cut out.
Debur edges.
Cleco doubler in position, install power post.
Verify fit.
Repeat for other post.
Originally I was not planning on use of the weather proof boot but I am reevaluating that decision. As can be seen in the photo, although somewhat large, the boot protects the posts from accidental contact. Hmmm....
