After some research, I decided to run a main electrical ground wire from the firewall area to the battery area. This will allow better grounding of all electronics and a better electrical path for the starter loads when cranking. The groun d needs to be of the same AWG as the main battery cable, so a 14' length of #2 Tefzel cable was aquired.
I routed the #2 cable through the conduit that the static line was in, as it is the straightest route. I taped the static line to the #2 cable and kyle pulled the wire through the conduit as I fed it.
Moved static line to another area behind the baggage area sidewall using a previously placed bushing and a piece of nylon conduit. Final forward routing will be determined next.
