Fabricate conduit brackets to retain snap bushings in 1 1/4" holes, aft channels.
Clean and prime brackets.
After much consideration, installed 1/2" IDsolid corrugated nylon loom in each sidewall, 3x. The loom OD would require a 7/8" hole for a snap bushing. Since the holes in the vertical channels are 3/4", and are not supposed to be enlarged, the loom was wrapped, at each channel intersection, with self vulcanizing tape to increase it's diameter from .067" to .75". This allowed the loom to be strecthed through each hole, and when relaxed, create a snug fit. There are now six 1/2" conduits that pass from behind the instrument panel to the tailcone.
