QB Wings HID Light
Brief Description:
QB wings HID Lights Install
1242 - 1424 1536 - 1636
Continue HID Install, right wing.
Fabricate lower retainer.
Locate and clamp retainer to skin.
Match drill holes, 3x.
Final drill hole using #27 drill.
Debur holes.
Dimple holes for #6 screw.
Cleco, drill , and rivet lower retainer pieces together.
Fit and trim lense per instructions and as detailed in previous sections for left wing.
Fit lense and attach lower retainer with double sided tape and packing tape per instructions.
Install 1/16 x 3/16 weather stipping around cutout, one continuous piece.
Install lense, check fit.
