Brief Description: QB Wings HID Lights Install

1530 - 1900 Continue working on HID install. Install mount. Fabricate top retainer. Clamp retainer to skin. Match drill holes using #30 drill. Remove retainer. Debur holes, dimple for AN426 rivet. Machine c-sink retainer for dimples. Cleco retainer to skin. Rivet retainer using p-squeezer. Fabricate bottom retainer Clamp to skin, match drill 3 holes. Dimple holes for #6 screw. Noted screws provided do not fit flush in dimple, will replace with AN507 hardware. Machine c-sink retainer for rivets and 3 #6 screws. Cleco retainer together. Rivet retainer and plate nuts using p-squeezer. Install lense and mark cutout per instructions. NOTE: with mount installed there is not adequate room to install lense. Removed mount. Trim lense width, then top to fit. Using duct tape pull per instructions, fit lense to top retainer. Mark bottom retainer holes when lense was tightly fit.
