Match drill all applicable holes in skin and structure.
Remove clecos, except stiffener clecos. Wanted to ensure that the stiffener could be back riveted and still be able to install the skin. It appears that skin CAN be installed with stiffener clecoed to it. Plan on back riveting stiffeners.
Debur and smoothe holes and edges of stiffener using s/b wheel.
Dimple stiffener.
Debur and smoothe right bottom skin using vixen file and s/b wheel/
