Brief Description:
QB Wings Gap Fairings
1100 - 1300
Fabricate gap fairing stiffeners per plans using bandsaw and s/b wheel, 2x.
Cleco gap fairing stiffeners to fairings.
Cleco fairings to wing top skin and rear spars.
Final drill holes with #40 and #30 drills as required.
Remove clecos and fairings.
Debur all holes and smooth edges of all fairings using s/b wheel and single flute tool.
Dimple required holes in fairings and stiffeners using DRDT-2.
Dimple required holes in top skin using p-squeezer.
Machine c-sink six inboard holes in rear spar assembly, 2x.
Clean and prime all fairing parts.
