Attach anchors to cover plates, and cover plates to the elevators.
Final drill trim tab horns using #12 drill, debur.
Install clevis end to trim cables.
Install clevis pin.
Run electric trim through full range of travel.
Noted and marked two areas that were binding, one on tailcone flange and the other on mount near bellcrank due to the use of a castle nut and cotter pin for cable attachment. Will correct when trim assembly is removed.
Noted starboard cable needs to be adjusted shorter, to achieve 35 degrees down tab.
Adjusted trim tabs per instructions. Noted problem with trim tabs trailing at the same time, as was expected, according to forums. Readjusted trim tabs as follows:
1. Run trim to full UP. 2. Set starboard tab to 35 degrees down tab. 3. Set starboard tab to trail. 4. Adjust port tab to trail.
Checked full range travel and noted that tabs trail at the same time.
