Brief Description:  Fabricate Empennage Attach Elevator Pushrod

1130 - 1230 1330 - 1418

Cut elevator pushrod tube per plans.

Debur and smooth edges of tube.

Fit pushrod threaded ends to tube using s/b and 600 s/p.

Using painters tape, located six envenly spaced holes around tube.

Installed threaded ends.

Drill holes using #30 drill, cleco every hole.

Disassemble pushrod.

Debur all holes.

Clean interior of tube with acetone.
