Final drill bottom holes in VS spar using #12 drill.

Machine countersink bottom holes for AN3 hardware.

Instal hardware.

Match drill remaing 2 holes to tailcone bulkhead using #30 drill. Final drill using #12 drill.

Install hardware.

Bolt VS to front spar attach bracket usinf AN4 hardware.

Install elevators to HS.

Verify elevator travel with no binding, stop to stop. Up stop required filing.

NOTE: In photo library pictures of digital level measurements.

Down travel = 26.1 degrees.

Up travel = 29.3 degrees.

Cut elevator pushrod tube to correct length, smooth and debur edges.
