Brief Description:
Rivet Tailcone aft Deck to Longerons, Install Hard
1400 - 1600
Cleco F-1009 frame to tailcone aft deck.
Rivet F-1009 frame to tailcone aft deck, using p-squeezer.
Cleco F-1011B doubler to aft deck.
Rivet doubler to aft deck, aft row of rivets.
Install F-1011D support angle to aft deck with AN3 bolts.
Match drill holes in F-1011C to angle.
Final drill holes with #12 drill.
Remove support angle.
Debur all holes.
Cleco support angle to aft deck.
Rivet angle to aft deck.
Install all AN3 depicted hardware.
Torque all hardware to 23.5 in/lb.
Verify threads visible on back side of lock nut,
Apply torque seal.
