Brief Description: Cleco Tailcone Attachment Bar Support, Elevator St

1330 - 1430 Position attachment support angle on stop/doubler and aft deck. Clamp angle to aft deck. Match drill support angle to the aft deck using #30 drill. Final drill end holes using #12 drill. Position and center elevator stop on aft deck, even with cut out in aft deck. Clamp in place. Match drill holes in elevator stop into aft deck using #30 drill. Final drill end holes using #12 drill. Debur and smooth all edges of tailcone access plates. Cleco tailcone access plates into position. Final drill attachment holes in the tailcone acess plates using #28 drill, 8x. Remove access plates, final drill nut plate mounting holes, 16x. Mark RIGHT SIDE skin to be trimmed. Debur and smooth all edges of the shoulder harness anchors using bench sander and s/b wheel.
