Brief Description: Cleco Tailcone Top Skins, Stiffeners

1436 - 1624 Separate the forward top skin from small piece using dremel tool. Debur and smooth all edges of the top skins and trim pieces using bench sander, s/b wheels, and 400 sp on a rubber block. Debur and smooth all edges of F-1009 frame with s/b wheel. Cleco F-1009 to aft deck, final drill holes with #30 drill, 8x. Flute frame flanges per plans. Position top skin stiffeners. Cleco aft top skin to frames, starting at the top center and working to edges. Cleco at least every other hole. Center the aft rivet center line of each stiffener per plans. Match drill stiffeners on rivet centerline, cleco every other hole. Finish match drilling all stiffener holes using #40 drill.
