Debur and smooth all edges of the tailcone aft deck and doubler.
Position F-1010B spacer using carpet tape.
Cleco the aft deck and doubler to the F-1011 bulkhead.
Using 4 separate levels, position tailcone with sides laterally level.
Verify that the bend in the longeron corresponded to the break in the skin.
Clamp the longerons to the aft deck and side skins. Verify that sides remain level and the edge of the skin and aft deck meet at the apex of the longeron.
Clamp entire length of longeron in position for match drilling.
