Brief Description:  Fabricate Tailcone Longeron, F-1032

1500 - 1542

Locate and mark .125 x 3/4 x 3/4 longerons.

Cut angles to proper length.

Mark longerons for bend at 20 11/16".

Mark and center punch hole for clearnce notch.

Drill hole with #40 then 1/4" drill.

Mark opening of notch.

Remove material to form notch.

Debur and smooth all edges with file, bench sander, and s/b wheels.
