Brief Description:  Debur Tailcone HS Attachment Bars

Fabricate bulkhead stiffener from J channel.

Straighten HS attachment bars, per plans. When laid on a back rivet plate, bars are within 1/64".

Cleco bars to tailcone bulkhead. Every other hole.

Final drill all common holes, except the bottom one uisng #30 drill, 2x.
