Debur Tailcone Ribs, Locate Tie Down Support

Debur and smooth tailcone ribs with bench sander and s/b wheel.
Locate and mark tie down support.
Cleco tailcone ribs together.
Clamp tie down support to ribs.
Drill #30 holes, then cleco, 4x.
Match drill 3/16" holes, 4x.
