Brief Description: Inspect and Complete QB Wing Top Skins

1424 - 1724 Verify every step of Section 16, Top Wing Skins. Final drill inboard rib flange for plate nuts using #40 drill. Noted that the QB wing was not riveted in the correct hole for the MS21051 platenut. Drilled out misplaced rivet, 2x. Final drill platenut center holes using #19 drill, top AND bottom skins. Final drill platenut mount holes using #40 drill, top and bottom. Machine c-sink platenut mount and screw holes in top skin except for the most aft which was dimpled. Dimple platenut mount and screw holes in bottom skin except most aft mount hole which was machine c-sinked. Rivet platenuts to respective holes noting placement of K1100, K1000, and MS25051 platenuts, using p-squeezer. Verify all other steps in section 16. SECTION 16 COMPLETE. Remove fuel tanks in preparation for section 19, stall warning install and ER fuel tank prep.
