Brief Description: Install Elevator Trim Tab Anchor Brackets

Decided to use self locking metal PEM nuts to attatch trim cable anchor brackets. After checking all edge distances, decided against machine countersink and dimpling holes in favor of using truss head screws. This leaves substantial material in brackets, instead of countersinking on one side and counterboring on the other.
Drill trim cable anchor bracket with 328 drill, .140.
Machine counterbore with #5 capscrew counter bore, .221 face, in drill press to a depth of .058, per PEM nut specs.
Using a steel nut as a press, installed PEM nuts using p-squeezer mounted in a vise.
Final drill common holes in access plated for #6 screw.
