Remove weights and clecos from elevator trailing edges.
Clean proseal from holes and dimples with drill bit.
Cleco trailing edge, every other hole, to heavy steel angle.
Using piece of scrap trailing edge wedge, set p-squeezer to set rivets 1/2 way.
Alternating from center, set rivets 1/2 way with p-squeezer.
Checked TE for straightness.
Set remianing rivets 1/2 way.
Flipped elevator over and set rivets using mushroom set and back rivet plate. Weighted elevator with a board and lead weight to maintain a flat surface.
Flipped elevator over and finished double flush shop head with mushroom set.
Checked trailing edge for straightness, no appreciable difference when check against an aluminum level straight edge.
