Fabricate trim tab clamps per plans from 3/4" Plywood.

Fabricate trim tab horns by removing metal per plans. Smooth and debur all edges with s/b wheel.

Make exact copy of rib templates.

Glue templates to rib foam blanks.

Cut out foam ribs to rough shape with bandsaw.

Finish ribs to template lines with bench and disc sanders. All ribs checked for consistent size and shape.

Remove paper templates.
