Mix Proseal per instructions.
Applied thin layer of proseal to all edges of the foam ribs, using a popsicle stick. (and many pairs of nitrile gloves!)
Inserted foam ribs between skins, over unprimed rib locations.
Applied thin layer of proseal on both sides of trailing edge wedge.
Inserted wedge between skins. Checked close out tabs for proper orientation, top skin over bottom skin.
Clecoed trailing edge to match drilled heavy aluminum angle clamped to table, cleco in every hole. Note 1/8" hardboard spacer used adjacent to angle to keep elevator on a flat surface.
Positioned wood caul over elevator trailing edge, next to clecos.
Distributed weight on board, keeping elevator flat.
