Bend trailing edge of elevator skins outboard of trim tabs using 48" brake.

Layout foam rib locations, scuff, and mask.

Clean all parts and skins with acetone, wearing nitrile gloves.

Prime all internal surfaces with S/W P60 G2 primer.
