Cleco Elevator Top Skin to Structure
1336 - 1524
Debur elevator top skins using s/b wheel, file, 400 s/p.
Cleco top skin to elevator structure, starting midspan and alternating to tips. Started with front spar, then ribs and rear spar.
Cleco trailing edge wedge into position.
Mark edges of wedge.
Remove clecos.
Cut to length, and smooth edges with bench sander and s/b wheel.
Cleco trailing edge wedge to top and bottom skins, every other hole.
Match drill closeout tab hole with #30 drill.
Cleco hole, then drill shear clip holes in closeout tab with #30 drill, using clecos in every hole.
