This was done to replace the HS rear spar due to shipping damage. The shipping company speared the empennage crate with a fork truck, breaking the crate around this spar. Filed a damage claim and Van's sent me another spar.
Removed flashing and smoothed all edges of new HS rear spar with vixen file and s/b wheel.
Smoothed edges of all lightening holes with debur tool and s/b wheel.
Clecoed and final drilled all applicable holes in spar and doubler.
Clecoed and final drilled all hinge bracket common holes.
