Removed clecos and completed skirt bends, per plans, clamped with two hardwood blocks (one with a radiused edge) and a plastic mallet stiking a wooden block.
Temporarily mounted counter weight and clecoed skins in place.
Marked holes for mounting screws.
Drilled holes with #40, #30, then final drilled with #19. Drilled center hole for blind rivet to prevent pilowing.
Edge rolled outside skirt for lap joint.
Deburred all holes, countersink weight for #8 screw, dimpled skirts for #8 screw and CS4-4 blind rivet.
