Drilled and clecoed into EMT all holes in rudder leading edge skin.
Removed clecos.
Deburred all holes and edges in EMT.
Drilled 1/2" hole in end and installed a 10" length of all thread for a handle. Nuts were retained with blue loctite and just snugged to avoid crushing the EMT.
Had to make another because 1.25" is too large of a radius. New one uses 1" EMT.
