Deburr R-1002 edges and lightening holes.

Smooth edges with 320 & 400 sp.

Cleco Spar and Bottom rib together and final drill common holes to #30.

Machine countersink rudder striker plate, marking left and right. Strike plates were finished previously with rudder stops.
