Brief Description:
Complete VS Spar
Disassemble and deburr all VS Spar parts and smooth all edges with 320 SP.
Reassemble VS Spar with clecos.
Finish drill all 1/8" holes to #30.
Setup of #30 microstop countersink using scrap aluminum.
Machine countersink applicable holes below attach bolt holes.
Drill attach bolt holes to 3/16".
