Brief Description:  Install ShowPlanes Intake System

Install nut plates on bottom of tunnel for aft fairing mounting.

Match drill fuse skin to nut plates, debur, dimple, and rivet in place.

Begin work on intake.

Cut 2 7/8" hole in intake plenum end caps per instructions.

Fit to center plenum, verify fit.

Rough sand plenum exterior for application of epoxy/flox.

Install plenum caps and filters. The filters will postion the caps while the epoxy cures.

Verify uniform fit of caps.

Apply epoxy/flox/cabo mix.
