Trim hinge at previously marked location, debur and smooth edges.
Machine c-sink fairings for flush rivets using permagrit c-sink.
Seal c-sink edges with thin CA, remove excess.
Cleco hinge in position.
Rivet hinge per plans, not setting them fully, using p-squeezer. I did a few with the hand squeezer as recommended but with a properly set p-squeezer, the results were better.
