Brief Description:
Install Main Gear Wheel Pant
1230 - 1442 1730 - 1842
Fit and drill aluminum bracket spacer.
Fit and drill wheel pant in position, pitch, roll, yaw.
Remove pant.
Tap brackets per plans.
Install pant and verify position and fit.
Remove pant.
Aggresively roughen inside of pant near mounting holes.
Apply packing tape to mount bracket to prevent bonding.
Mix epoxy/milled glass/cabo.
Apply epoxy mix to mount locations.
Install pant, using screws and clecos.
Verify position in pitch, roll, yaw.
Apply epoxy mix to areas in left pant that were missed during it's fitting.
Install left pant.
