Rough inner surface of wheel pant in specified locations using 60 s/p.
Lay up two layers of 9 ounce FG cloth as specified in plans.
I also reinforced the aft pant flange and the vertical seam using one layer of 9 ounce FG cloth.
I am doing one pant at a time as the jig that I made allows for easily repeatable positioning of the pant. Once the epoxy/flox is applied in the next step, I will begin on the other pant as I will no longer need to hold the pant in position.
