I was not happy with the fit of the right side door. The forward edge was about 1/8" proud of the fuselage side. I believe this was, in large part, due to the door pin hole being drilled slightly to far outboard. The solution was to install a piece of 1/8" angle, that was properly drilled, on the inside of the fuselage bulkhead.
Drilled out two side skin rivets in proximity to door pin.
Fabricate angle to nest inside fuselage bulkhead, drill for door pin.
Match drill angle for side skin rivets, match drill angle for door pin guide bolts.
Remove and debur angle.
Cleco and rivet angle in place.
Bolt door pin guide through bulkhead and angle. Install Adel clamp and reed switch for ffront right door warning system.
The door now closes nearly flush with the side skin, to match the left side.
