Brief Description:
Install Pin Blocks
1712 - 1830 2012 - 2036
Per Vans instruction, locate and trim pin blocks to fit door.
Clamp pin blocks in place, match drill using #12 drill.
Install temporary screws and nuts to hold pin blocks.
Match drill door using 7/16" drill.
Remove blocks.
Enlarge hole per planearound instructions to fit delrin blocks.
Trim delrin blocks to fit door.
Clamp delrin blocks in position, match drill blocks using #12 drill.
Install temporary hardware, as drilled.
