Drill window perimeter flanges using #40 drill, alternating forward and aft, top and bottom, from center outward, cleco as drilled.
Remove doors.
Apply release tape to door channels in the infamous "flat spots", and door flanges.
Mix epoxy, milled glass, cabo.
Sand and clean area to fill with epoxy.
Apply epoxy to flat areas.
Cleco and clamp doors to fuselage. This should form the epoxy to the proper curvature and thickness. The release tape should prevent the epoxy from sticking to the window flange or the door flange.
