Brief Description: Trim Inner and Outer Door Panels

1318 - 1430 1548 - 1724 Verify all marker lines. Drill index holes at dimple location in outer panels, 12x. Trim outer panels to lines indicated in plans using metal shears, dremel and diamond wheel. Outside perimeter was cut first, then window perimeter. Cleco outer panel to fuselage using index holes, check fit. Drill index holes at dimple loactions in inner panels, 12x. Trim inner panels using dremel and diamond wheel. Outside perimeter cut first, then window perimeter. Cleco inner and outer panels together at two lower window index holes. These two index hole were the only ones to line up on either door assembly. Match drill remaing index holes, cleco to fuselage. Check fit.
