Brief Description: Install Lower Wing Root Fairings

1418 - 1718 Check flap pushrod adjustment. Loctie and secure jam nuts, 4x. Final drill lower root fairings using #19 drill. Debur all holes. Dimple all holes to accept #8 screw using DRDT. Cleco fairng support to fuselage, 2x. Cleco right fairing to lower surface of wing. The inboard edge of the fairing at the leading edge needed to be trimmed. Trim fairing using file, drum sander, s/b wheel to yield a nominal 1/16" gap between fuselage and fairing. Install several AN509-8R8 screws in fairing. Match drill remaining holes using #40 drill, cleco as drilled. Final drill holes using #19 drill, cleco as drilled. Repeat for left fairing.
