Temporarily attach lower wing root fairnings to wing surface. Using the spar skin loint as a reference, mark fairings.
Remove screws and position fairng fully on wing surface, tape with duct tape.
Bend fairing to shape of leading edge. This is a pre bend as when pressure is removed, fairing returns to previous shape.
Remove tape and fairings.
Clean mating spar sections of dust.
Polish surfaces of fitment bolts using lathe and 400 s/p.
Lube test bolts.
Place wing on dolly, roll into position, and install bolts per plans. The left wing holes required minor wiggling of the wing to get bolts through, the right wing bolts pushed right through.
